Acceptable use
What you may make with ideare, and what you may not.
Last updated on November 4, 2026
This policy is part of the terms of use. It exists because approved brands in ideare are public, and anyone can see and use their files.
You may
- Make the brand of your own business, or of a client who asked you to.
- Make posts, cards and any other file with your brand.
- Hand your brand to whoever builds your site, by link, command, API or MCP server.
You may not
- Imitate another brand. Copy the name, logo or look of a business that isn't yours, or come so close that people think it's that business.
- Pretend to be someone. Make the brand of a person, company, public body or public figure without being them or having their permission.
- Mislead people. Use ideare for scams, fake shops, phishing or false advertising.
- Use people's likeness without permission. Make AI pictures of a real person without their consent, or pictures made to look real and fool people.
- Publish what is forbidden. Illegal content, hate or harassment, sexual content involving minors, sexual content of anyone without their consent, or calls to violence.
- Use what isn't yours. Upload photos, logos or text you don't have the right to use.
- Get around the limits. Dodge credits, daily limits or the human check, make accounts in bulk for free use, or resell access to ideare's AI.
- Overload the service or try to get in where you have no access.
What we do
- AI pictures go through Google's filters and our own check before you see them.
- Every public brand shows as "unverified" until its owner proves the domain is theirs.
- Some names are reserved and can't be used as a brand's address.
- When a brand breaks this policy, we take its public page down and may suspend the account.
