Terms of use
What you get from ideare, what you pay for, who owns what, and what we promise.
Last updated on November 4, 2026
These terms are the contract between you and OpenWings Automação Comercial Ltda., CNPJ 63.852.648/0001-06 ("ideare", "we") for using ideare: the ideare.app site, the studio at studio.ideare.app, the API, the SDK, the CLI and the MCP server. By using ideare, you accept these terms.
1. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. An account belongs to one person: your team joins by invitation, each with their own account. You look after access to your account and your API keys. If you think a key leaked, revoke it in the studio and write to [email protected].
2. The service
ideare draws a business's brand from its name and what it does: a logo, colors, fonts and the files for social media, the website, email and the business card. Each brand has a draft, which only you and your team see, and approved versions. Only owners and admins approve. A change from anyone else, or from an AI agent, becomes a proposal the owner approves.
Everything code draws is free. Pictures made with AI cost credits, and every AI button shows its cost before you press it.
3. Plans, credits and payment
- Prices are on the home page. The Free plan has no end date and never turns into a charge.
- Your plan brings new credits every month.
- Credits from a pack never expire.
- An AI picture that fails gives its credits back right away.
- Payments go through Stripe. Each account pays in one currency (Brazilian reais, US dollars or euros), set at its first purchase.
- A subscription renews by itself until you cancel. You cancel in one click in the studio and keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Before a yearly plan renews, we remind you by email.
- If a price changes, we tell you 30 days ahead, and the new price only applies from your next renewal.
4. Your right to cancel a purchase
You can cancel any purchase within 7 days of paying and get the full amount back, as Brazil's Consumer Protection Code allows (art. 49, and Decree 7.962/2013, art. 5). Use the cancel button in the studio or write to [email protected]. We confirm by email. This applies to everyone, wherever you live, and it takes away none of the extra rights the law where you live gives you.
5. What becomes public
Approved versions of a brand are public (see the privacy policy, section 4): anyone can see and download the files at ideare.app/b/<your-brand> and cdn.ideare.app, and use the brand with the npx ideare command. Only approve what can be public. The draft stays private.
6. Your content
What you write, upload and make stays yours. You give us the license we need to store it, process it, draw the files, publish the versions you approve, and show the brand on its public page and through the API, only to run the service. You confirm you have the right to use what you upload: logos, photos and text.
7. Logos and pictures made by code or by AI
We don't promise that a logo, symbol or picture made in ideare is exclusive, original or registrable as a trademark. The free symbols come from open icon sets, like Lucide, and another business may use the same one. An AI can make similar pictures for other people. Before you invest in a brand, check that it doesn't look like another business's.
8. Names and trademarks
ideare's name check looks up domains and social media handles, and links to trademark searches (INPI, USPTO and EUIPO). It isn't legal advice. A free domain or handle doesn't mean the name is free to use as a trademark. Before you register or invest in a name, search the trademark office where you work, or ask a lawyer.
9. Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. In short: don't copy another business's brand, don't pretend to be anyone, and don't use ideare to mislead people. We can suspend an account that breaks the policy and take down the public page of a brand that imitates another.
10. Open source
The kit (@ideare/kit), the CLI (ideare) and the SDK (@ideare/sdk) are under the MIT license. The service, the ideare brand and the rest of the software are ours.
11. Warranties
We work to keep ideare running all the time and to get the files right, and we check every file before you see it. Even so, the service is provided as it is. Check the files before you print or publish them, especially the business card.
12. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we aren't liable for lost profits or indirect damage. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law doesn't let us limit.
13. Ending the contract
You can stop using ideare whenever you want, and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected]. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or when the law requires it.
14. Governing law
These terms follow the laws of Brazil. Disputes go to the courts of Curitiba, Paraná, without taking away your right as a consumer to bring a claim where you live.
15. Changes
We can change these terms. A change that matters is announced by email at least 15 days before it applies.
